This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to bookings made with GO Tour & Travels for taxi services, tempo traveller booking, SUV rental and outstation travel.
• Customers can cancel bookings before the vehicle is dispatched.
• Cancellations made well before the scheduled pickup time may not attract any charges.
• If the driver has already started the trip, cancellation charges may apply.
• If cancelled after driver assignment, minimal cancellation charges may apply.
• If the driver has reached the pickup location and the passenger cancels,
waiting charges may apply.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during booking.
• In case of driver unavailability or service cancellation from our side,
a full refund will be issued.
• Passenger does not arrive at pickup location.
• Passenger cancels after the trip has started.
• Incorrect pickup details provided by the passenger.
