GO Tour & Travels provides taxi services, tempo traveller booking, SUV rental, airport pickup, wedding transport and outstation tours from Lucknow and nearby cities.
• Customers must provide correct pickup location and contact number. • Booking confirmation will be provided via phone or WhatsApp. • Advance booking is recommended for long-distance travel.
• Customers may cancel bookings before vehicle dispatch. • Last minute cancellations may incur minimal charges. • If the driver fails to arrive on time, the booking can be cancelled without penalty.
• Fare depends on vehicle type, distance and travel duration. • Toll tax, parking and state tax are extra where applicable. • Payment can be made in cash, UPI or bank transfer.
• Passengers must respect driver instructions and safety guidelines. • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable. • Carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• Drivers will follow traffic rules and maintain professional behaviour. • Drivers will ensure safe and comfortable travel for passengers.
GO Tour & Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures or natural events.
Customer information collected during booking is kept secure and used only for service purposes. We do not sell or share customer data.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
GO Tour & Travels reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
